Oblivion

I could not dare.
For whom i could not love.
But not live more yielded.
In shades of jade.

So breathe each hue with doubt.
Stain gray the heels of my feet.
So that i may Walk bare.
Across the fiery chasms of your heart.

Behind the veil of masked eyes.
Lies my demise in your deceit.
From here hindered smile.
To melt away in the words of love.

Now in the passing of hearts betrayed.
Shall my soul swallow the sun.

  1. Did you not dare?
    Consumed with self,
    you failed love.

With all the symptoms of grief,
    a wilted lilly lay,
the very one that coaxed her
    to bloom,
    strikes with painted feet.

Crushed in hell's fiery garden of
    doom,
the flower in hell withers away.

So that the sun of my sun swallowed himself whole.

(Never mind that he had no soul).
