Another Dawn

The undertones of serendipity.
Where misfortune leads to smiles of heartache.
Shall we weave the entangled web of misunderstanding
And so ensnare our souls with wonder.

Turn by dial the sun fades.
As the luring night calls
And the sky fills with freedom.
Only to have the gaze of a stranger.

So too do I now stop.
If but to stare at the glaring moon.
As the earth beneath me moves.
To but realize, where is home.

To such depth become buried.
As I fall from heaven... each day
