Freedom Coveted

Their empty hisses here serpent.
As each & every word before tinder.
Still another day doth I...
Believe & pour my soul into this unknown.

Dig my grave with pitch forked tongues.
Amid the darkness certain spire.
To crown this fool eternal cursed.
& render to relay lifeless upon  yonder river.

For nightshade oft fall veiled by treason.
& bury hearts beneath its sorrowful scorn.
So to sing unto this night.
With hollow chests echoing poignant stars.

Become undone my dreams of sight.
& hail me forth into the blackness.
